At Kiyowo Retail, we want you to love your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags. Our streamlined process ensures that updating your wardrobe remains as effortless and stylish as our collections.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Kiyowo account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with all original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
